La Domenica Italiana
In this class you will learn authentic Italian family recipes passed down for over 50 years, preparing meatballs, homemade Sorrentina gnocchi and tiramisu. At the end, you will enjoy your creations accompanied by a good glass of Italian wine.
Luxury Truffle
Join a luxury truffle cooking class where you will prepare beef tartar with black truffle, homemade tagliatelle with creamy truffle sauce and a fried egg with truffle. At the end, you will enjoy your creations accompanied by a glass of Italian wine.
Sushi Japanese Cooking Class
In this class you will learn to make perfect sushi by preparing maki, uramaki and nigiri in a practical and participatory way. You will master essential skills such as preparing rice, choosing and cutting ingredients and working with nori seaweed to create clean and well-formed pieces.
Paella Spanish Experience
In this class you will learn to prepare authentic Spanish paella with a professional chef, making three versions: seafood, chicken and vegetarian, and discovering the secrets to achieving the perfect dish. At the end, you will taste your paellas and vote for the best one.
Healthy Pastry Class
Gluten free and refined sugar free. In this class you will learn to prepare delicious Christmas desserts without gluten or refined sugars, making four healthier recipes such as coconut and almond polvorones, Peruvian-style chocolate nougat, ginger cookies with walnuts and a fruit plum cake with coconut cream and red fruits.
Gourmet Street Burger Lab
In this exclusive course you will learn to create four gourmet burgers street food style, each with unique flavors, artisan sauces and freshly baked brioche bread. Step by step you will master essential techniques and flavor combinations to transform a simple sandwich into your signature burger.
La Dolce Vita
In this authentic pasta laboratory you will learn to make fresh artisan pasta and prepare the two most iconic sauces from Rome: Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe, living a true La Dolce Vita experience. At the end, you will taste your creations accompanied by a good glass of Italian wine.
